The men of the Jaywalker Intensive Outpatient Treatment program had the opportunity to JUMP out of their comfort zones this past week in Moab, Utah. Skydiving has become one of the signature elements of director Lenny Beaulieu’s innovative MIOP program. Jaywalker expeditions provide our clients a safe and supportive environment to experience new adventures in Recovery. With the support of of our fellow Jaywalkers and mentors we acquire the willingness, confidence, and courage to overcome our fears and leap out of comfort zones in healthy and often, exhilarating ways. The expedition also included extreme mountain biking, golf, hiking in the Arches national park, and lots of good food and fellowship.
