What a glorious Christmas Eve Dinner we shared at Pine creek Cookhouse outside Aspen near the ghost town of Ashcroft. Almost 50 members of the Jaywalker family including Staff, Clients, and Alumni journeyed into the beautiful Aspen Grove at the base of the Elk Mountain range. We were treated to a five-star, four-course meal of organic and locally sourced meats and veggies. The food was fantastic and the fellowship was even better. I had a great conversation with one of my co-workers discussing what an amazing staff we have and how fortunate we are to work at Jaywalker, an organization who truly values both their clients and employees. My heart is filled with gratitude and love to have the opportunity to work for such a wonderful employer and alongside such incredible co-workers. I can’t imagine a better way to spend Christmas Eve, surrounded by family and friends.
