Goal Sunday at CMC

Colorado Mountain College will be joining other colleges across the nation on Sunday, February 9th when they host their first COLLEGE GOAL SUNDAY.  The purpose of this event is to answer questions about financial aid and to help students and families fill out the FAFSA form. (The FAFSA can be a very cumbersome and time consuming endeavor.) Many volunteers from the CMC campuses across the state will be helping to make this event a success.  What else will be happening from 2-4pm on Sunday, February 9th?

There will be:

• CMC general information tables
• FAFSA information tables
• Residence Life display, including games and videos
• Raffle every 30 minutes
• Scholarship drawing
• Open computer labs
• Balloons, food and beverages

Stefan Bate, BA, MA, LAC holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Regis University and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. Stefan has wide-ranging experience in the field of addiction recovery including: working as a recovery coach, therapist, and program director.
