This past weekend was the first of many Jaywalker U Professionals weekends. The weekend consisted of some great food prepared by the one and only Chef Brian, some great conversations, and some Rocky Mountain fun. Special thanks to Patrice Salmeri, John Lambert, Derrick Allen, Todd Maison, and the Colorado Mountain College Staff for such a collaborative weekend!
