Buckley Bailey-Gates

Buckley moved to the Carbondale area from Connecticut 15 years ago and fell in love the Roaring Fork Valley and Rocky Mountains.

After a life threatening struggle with addiction, Buckley came to work with our technical staff and is now our Residential Manager. Buckley loves working with addicts. He is passionate about his recovery -- he brings empathy and compassion to his work. He is currently in the process of obtaining counseling certification and aspires to work as a drug and alcohol treatment counselor in the future.
