Lois Porcelain, CAC III, LADC
Lodge Program Director
Lois, a Hazelden trained professional, has been working with chemically dependent men since 1993. During her tenure at Hazleden she and her husband Dan had the opportunity to go to Ireland where they established and facilitated a 12 Step Treatment Program in County Mayo. This included community outreach, education and aftercare programming. Shortly after her return to the States she was named Program Supervisor of the Cronin Unit, a 24 bed men’s primary program at Hazelden. Lois is a skilled clinician and is especially adept at group therapy and working with young men. Though a native of New York City, she did her undergraduate work at the University of Colorado in Boulder and is happy to be “back in the mountains.”
Lois has enjoyed her own recovery for over 15 years and lives in the Valley with husband Dan and their two daughters.
